First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers
Job responsibilities
- Clerical Work
- Handling Inbound/Outbound Shipments
- Communication with Customers & Suppliers
- Light Bookkeeping
- Collections
- Handling Customs Documents + Import/Export Activities
- Miscellaneous Other Tasks as needed
- Some Travel Required (Trade Shows)
Required qualification
- Fluent English Speaker
- Spanish Speaker Desired
- Portuguese Speaker Desired
- Veteran Desired
- HS Education or Equivalent
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Ability to Work Independently of Supervision
Work Schedule
- Typically, 40 hours per week M-F
- Schedule may vary based on business needs

- Minimum Experience Required: 6 months
